Forest bathing/ Shinrinyoku

Come bathing in the forest at Mugul Mountain.

The Japanese term Shinrinyoku means bathing in the forest.

Come and explore the forest through your senses in a two hour journey that will have positive effects on your wellbeing.

Immersing yourself in our beautiful wild forest surroundings, take the opportunity to breathe deeply, de-stress and enjoy the wonders nature has created.

Forest bathing is a powerful antidote to the stresses and pressures on modern day life. It will create a powerful centre of peace and stillness, and give you a profound connection with nature.

Let Lee guide you through a series of activities that use the healing power of the forest to rebalance your mind and body.
